BALTA Business Plan is focused on creating affordable housing for the residents of Bay Area. Due to the fact that land in Bay Area is expensive and not available for a single family home, BALTA offers a Business Plan to solve this problem.
The flat land in Silicon Valley is being used by large corporations that we cannot compete with. Therefore,
we have focused on lands that are not suitable for corporations, on which it is impossible to build high-rise housing, which are located away from the downtown and do not have ready-made infrastructure.
Using the latest technology, we can build lofts on hills with a slope of up to 45 degrees. Our general Partner “Pacific Piles” has the unique technology of the Slop Piles Loft construction.
Our rapid modular construction technology allows to build Laplanda Tiny Basic Home in a matter of days.
We offer BALTA Participants options to choose the design and the size of the house. There are currently three options of modular homes offered for Participants to choose from with the minor difference in price.
BALTA Silicon Valley Affordable Home Project introduces Laplanda Tiny Basic Home as part of our City and County Programs. This compact yet self-contained home is designed to provide comfortable living for up to two individuals. Should the city request a denser settlement plan, BALTA can readily offer a customized alternative to meet specific requirements.

All steps are described in general terms without detailed explanations. Laplanda’s building solution is an intellectual property and will be open to qualified contractors once the BALTA Silicon Valley Affordable Home Project is approved and goes into effect.
