We recognize that the terrible housing shortage and skyrocketing prices in Silicon Valley have become a significant challenge that is hindering the progress of our community to homeownership.
Inflation, the cost of real estate, interest on bank loans, rent, utilities, medicine, the rise in the cost of living deprive people of prospects and hope for a brighter future. It takes more and more effort to keep afloat, otherwise there will be a precipitous fall without a return. And some do not withstand this competition and give up, leaving Silicon Valley for good.

Parcel of land is jointly owned by BALTA Shareholders as Participants. In this arrangement, the land is held in common ownership by BALTA Inc, and BALTA Shareholders have certain rights and privileges related to the land.
